  • Your Rights: You retain full ownership and copyright of the original artwork and images you upload to our website.
  • Our Usage: By uploading an image and placing an order, you grant Collect-a-Mini a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph the finished physical product and use those photos (as well as digital mockups of the product) for marketing and promotional purposes. This only applies to Objects & Animals not People, I will never post a picture of a Person unless fully approved by customer.
  • Where I share: These images may appear on social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), website gallery, or in email newsletters to showcase our manufacturing quality. I Will tag if you provide details.
  • Protection: I will never resell your specific digital artwork file or mass-produce your custom design for sale to other customers without your express written permission.

How Your Personal Information is Used
Order Information:

  • Fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing payment, arranging for shipping, and providing invoices).
  • Communicate with you regarding your order status.
  • Screen for potential risk or fraud.
